Prelims are finally over!
Prelims officially ended this morning at 9.00 am. Bio paper 1 was the last paper. I love it when they put paper 1 as the end since it's only 1 hour and after that you can go home and sleep, which is what i did.
After exam activity: Supposed to meet Keith, Tzeyang and Xiangan at Le Meriden at 11.50 but i woke up at 11.30. Luckily my house is rather near town so reached there at 12.20p.m. My gene allele for punctuality is co-dominant, with the lateness allele slightly dominant. So we played pool, the place was empty and nice. Walked over to Cathay Cineleisure to watch "Meet Dave". Quite funny though i'd still think parodies are the best. Played air hockey at Timezone for a while; i almost killed a girl. Woops. XD
Prelims were alright i think, though physics was quite screwed up; all about cathode ray oscilloscopes. English was a little different though, expository topic: "The education system in Singapore sufficiently prepares students for the future. Do you agree and why?" I think if this was the real 'O' levels English exam, i'd probably get a marker's report slapped on me left, right and centre. Hopefully Bang marks it, cos she may not go too hard on it. A Math papers were quite screwed especially paper 2, since i was cramming 2 years of bio the night before A math paper 2 and Bio paper 2. Didn't practise any A math questions and slept at 2am. Almost slept during the a math paper 2. The Olympics were dang distracting too, i watched a lot of it while "studying".
I would like to thank my eraser for helping me during the physics and chinese papers. Couldn't get the answer for some questions and i figured since the tossing-eraser method works for joe, it should work for me. And it did! Not sure about the answers for chinese though, couldn't even understand the close passage, hopefully the eraser gave me the corect answers! :D And i realised that chinese words look vey foreign to me now, looks like 50% jap, 25% korean and 25% mongolian!
Had 'O' level English Oral exam last Wednesday, i think i screwed up the picture discussion and possibly conversation. The topics were on hygiene and home. The picture was about some people washing a coffee shop, which had limited inferences to be made about it. I think i used a lot of slang and colloquialisms in my conversation. So oral was real screwed and it looks like a B3 for english at the end of the year. :(
My brain is exhausted from all the late nights, last minute cramming and guessing of exam questions. Don't think i can do well for prelims at all. Didn't start preparing early. I put both Study Plan A and Plan B into use for these prelims; Plan A being mugging for the paper the day before and Plan B being selecting 1 paper to mug for and wishing that the 2nd would be easy. Bad strategy.
Anyway away from prelims now, EVERYONE should listen to "Muttons Till Midnight" on FM 98.7 from 8p.m. to 12p.m. every Monday to Friday . For the dang funny segment, tune in only after 10p.m. where the real show starts. The music, DJs and programs are the best! The "Shan & Ros" show from 4p.m. to 8p.m. is also quite funny (especially their "advice" on relationships) but the Muttons are still the BEST! So listen out for it, especially all the parodies!

I'll like to thank Wen Sheng, my cadet for writing me a farewell/testimonial. So sweet of him. :D Hahahaha the content is quite refreshing as well, including this section called "First times". Basically i'm the first...
1) person who told him where to get cards.
2) 'My Chemical Romance' Fan to forget the lyrics to "Disenchanted". (I've no idea how this came about.)
3) person that has an iPod Touch that has one-tenth of my iPod memory. (okay, i admit i have only 1 song stored and i keep replaying it. XD Okay, that's fake but i do have a small thing. Song memory that is. :D
4) specialist to sleep with Kee Hao in Malacca. (This didn't actually happen cos i ended up sleeping with Theodore who was sick.)
5) specialist that i gave my toothpaste to. (Cos i thought Kee Hao would bring toothpaste and i could share with him but he thought the same way about me too. So we had to go borrow toothpaste.) :D
Yeps, real sweet of him and i'm sorry i couldn't make it to the Farewell party cos i was busy. Oh mom is thinking of selling our house and moving back to the condo, which is good cos dad and i can start playing tennis together!:D But it's kinda bad cos the condo is meant for me to move into once i grow up and my parents will continue living in the other house so selling it would mean i would have to continue staying with them, which again is good and bad. Just like a Dichotomous key. Oh well. :)
Remember Muttons Till Midnight!! :D
