omg..my whole body's aching.. like mad.. cos i played squash continously for like 30 mins with uncle david on wednesday and i had NAFA 5 stations earlier on.. lol.. then i'm going to play squash tmr again.. dang.. hope my legs will move..
lalala and omg my 5 stations improve!!! coool..especailly my shuttle run.. 9.9 secs!! wheew.. hahaha dang.. could have gotten 9.6s if i had not skidded slightly... :( but must be content!! and o maloney.. my sit and reach still sucks.. i am 1 cm away from A.. dang.. :( and i MUST run my 2.4 within 14.10 mins.. if not... =( i hate 2.4!!!
