CNY

my hongpao collection this year was not as fruitful as before.. =/ haha the highest amount i received was from my parents who gave me $50 each.. haha and my godmother gave me RM50.. yeps..

so on the first day, i woke up with a splitting headache and feverish syndromes.. whole body ached after playing few hours of squash on sat.. went to my grandparents' house..kinda lazed around the house for a while before playing mahjong..nopes, i did not win any game at all.. that reminds me of class chalet..where i played several rounds without winning anything.. =/ haha yeps..stopped playing after a while when it got really boring and something in my head was pounding like crazy.. reached home and immediately slept..

woke up on the second day, with a worsening cough, luckily the headache had disappeared after i took my 5th panadol..went to my aunt's house today for lunch... i finally won 2 games of mahjong..in my whole entire life!!! yeps.. rather pathetic track record..i could have won the 3rd set if me and my aunt were not after the same tile..since her position came before mine, she took the tile and won!! XD but doesn't matter, since we were not playing money then.. then we went to uncle's house for KFC feast!! and proceeded to aunt's house for short visit.. yeps..

on the third day, i just lazed at home and aunt came over to visit... yeps..followed dad to go play tennis..it started raining so we had to stop.. =( comparing squash and tennis, i still prefer squash more than anything else!! though i stink at it.. XD

and school started... did really bad for this term's common test.. must buck up next term.. omg don't understand a single thing of cumulative frequency curve.. just know that the thing is a curve..

oh well, went for diploma today.. had a surprise..our marketing module ahd actually ended and today's lecture was substituted for one on accounting and finance..yeps.. had a crash course in accountancy and finance management.. the lecturer was going on and on about reading financial statements.. yeps.. accountancy is so out of my career options.. =)

poor syafiq, his eye got whammed by a squash ball which someone accidentally hit in his direction.. leonard said it sounded like the ball hitting the wall.. ouch.. poor syafiq's eye started bleeding after that.. he may be blinded..let's cross our finger in hope that he is going to be well.. if not i will lose my squash partner.. =) so get well soon syafiq!! =)

sigh, dun know what to do nowadays..feeling very lifeless and lethargic..confused bout what i should do.. and no..chemistry lessons with D.K. does not help... =( oh craps, i'm still coughing like mad everyday... =(

oh well, wishing everyone a happy golden pig year!!! =)

Wheeew..back from squash marathon.. haha yeah.. woke up at 7a.m. on a nice saturday morning..i must be nuts or sth..

so anyway, reached yio chu kang at ard 9? then followed syafiq, terry and gary to yio chu kang squash center to play squash! first time i've actually been there..quite a nice place.. played with syafiq, gary, terry and had doubles.. =) omg, syafiq improved a lot...getting harder to win him.. =/ haha but it's fine.. it's recreation squash, not competitive.. yeps.. so we played for over 3 hours of non-stop squash..

then we went to leonard's house to play squash again.. the courts at his condo were in terrible shape.. the side walls are blackened with marks, the floor has changed from brown to black, the front wall is parched and peeling, there is a gap between the side wall and the floor, there is a stick stuck into the fan(?!), the whole atmosphere is very depressing.. but nevertheless we played..for over 1 more hour?

yeps, so by the time we stopped, we were all like flopping around like fishes.. after playing 4 hours of squash.. haha but it's fun!! =) haha so yeah.. i almost slept on the mrt while leaning on the pole.. XD

ooh, that reminds me..i think i have some sleeping disorder..i sleep basically anywhere, whether i am dead tired or wide awake..even after taking caffiene, i can just drop onto someplace and sleep..weird..

yeps, oh tmr's CNY, and me parents have given me $100 for hongbao already.. that constitutes to a new COURT SHOE!! zomg, never buy a badminton shoe to play squash.. u will end up sliding around the court.. which has its pros and cons.. but yeah.. buy something with a squash-floor grip.. ARGH i was pratically sliding around and almost split while reaching for the ball? k, now to go see what shoe to buy.. =))

yeps, that's about it.. HAPPY LNY GUYS!! =)

COMMON TESTS ARE OVER!!! yeps, i finished my last paper today!! dang cool..so now i can go play squash!!! and watch movies, and basically slack till results come back.. XD

had training today..cool..everyone was slacking throughout..even when the sergeant called for attention, we all just kept doing our own stuff..he was sooo pissed..

YES!!! no diploma this sat!! i can go play squash!!! wheeew.. and no weird lecturer.. haha and it's soon gonna be the year of the pig!!! finally, i can wear my new stuff.. =/

zomg, for p.e., we did long jumps. i jumped 335cm!! that's my best!!! =)and i got lotsa sand all over me.. =( i have sandophobia..

k, time to go slp now...bye!! =)

next week's common test!?!!!

ARGH, craps, next week's common test and i stil don't understand chem..no one in my class does..and coordinate geometry too.. think i am gonna fail math and chem... =(

bad..like omg, we have to run for p.e. while 334 gets to play rugby..unfair!! my timing for 400 metres is real slow..only 1.17 sec?!! my aim is 1.10 and below.. that means i have to run more often.. because by the time i reach the 350m mark, latic acid builds up like mad in my thighs.. =( nevermind, must push next time..

ARGH, can't wait for thursday to come..that's when common tests would be over!! and then can slack till the results come back.. XD

omg, there's diploma tomorrow..omg it's debbie woon again!!! nevermind, shall bring stuff to study there.. =)

k gotta go balance chemical equations.. BYE!!

inter class touch rugby..

Yeps, had the inter class competition for touch rugby last saturday. woke up at 6.25 cos my dad couldn't wake up on time too? haha reached SJI surpirsingly early: 7.28 a.m. I was like the odd one out? wearing sandals..my rugby boots were stuffed inside my bag. =)

And so, we were up against 336, it was a very interesting game..lalala..i got smacked right under the neck by manoj while i was going to score..and my thumb got sprained in the first match.. and the score after 10 mins of play was 0-0.. so we left our fate to be decided by a coin toss.. yeps..after all that running around, getting smacked, we were going to let our fates be decided by a coin toss..we lost the coin toss... =( the concept of a coin toss is dang dumnb.. argh..

And before we knew it, we were up against 324.. i got injured again.. i was diving towards the scoreline, literally in the air kind of matrix motion, this defender,tried touching me but tripped, so he went slamming right into me.. his left knee was right up my left side..almost hit my kidneys. =( it was a mid air collision, except i got slammed to the right.. and no..it wasn't a try, cos he touched me before the ball touched the ground. So it was another coin toss. and we lost. AGAIN.. ARGH!! =( ouch..still hurts..

After losing 2 games due to coin toss, we were in the losers pool, against 322 and 331. The 322 game was agonising to watch. George committed an infringement on the other player when he slammed into him rather than touch.. so he got yellow-carded and sent off for 2 mins..and that was when everything came tumbling down. one dude just ran right through 2 of our defenders, standing a few metres away.. yeps, just right through the middle, and it took a while for both of the defenders to give chase. I, standing on the other side of the field, covered my eyes, refusing to witness the tragedy. i was like "ACH MEIN GOTT!!!" it's real painful to watch the whole thing unfold. So we lost that match against 322..=(

Luckily amos scored against 331, so we got into the top 11th placing..sounds real nice, but there's only 12 positions..so yeah..poor 331, they lost every match against them..

yeps, and we did badly for soccer as well. according to the soccer players, 333(my class) got 12th placing after letting in 6 goals?! so it means we are the lousiest class when it comes to inter class..but oh well, it's because of the coin toss that we lost the 2 matches..blame the coin.. XD

but nevermind, we will not despair, instead we will rise from the ashes and bring 333 to GREATER GLORY!!! =) okay..now that was slightly weird, but u get the point.. =P FOR DAISY AND SIMON!!! XD like omg, my whole body is still aching, even now.. ow.. =(

Yeah, oh unfortunately, a father of a 332 josephian has passed away in a freak accident while sailing. i really pity that boy for losing his dad at 14/15. it's real sudden. May God rest his soul and help lionel to get over this tragedy.
